Yuki Orio has been a full-time, professional REALTOR« since 1980. Specializing in quality communication throughout every real estate transaction, Yuki is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and uses her experience to assist both domestic home buyers and sellers, as well but also those being relocated internationally.


A consistent top producer, Yuki has been honored for her professionalism by being chosen a member of Prudential's Leading Edge Society and its prestigious President's Circle. The President's Circle honor places Yuki in the Top 2% of REALTORS« nationwide.

Personal Information

A native of Tokyo, Yuki speaks fluent Japanese and serves a large Japanese clientele. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has lived in Palos Verdes since 1978.

Prior to entering real estate, Yuki owned a restaurant in the South Bay. She uses the detail, customer service and management skills gained during those years to the advantage of her clients today, many of whom are completely new to the United States and need extremely organized and efficient service. When Yuki assists a home buyer or seller, she concentrates on much more than the house. Yuki advises clients about schools, loans, escrows and the many other details that are a part of the transaction.

Married and the mother of 2, Yuki is very knowledgeable about the services and benefits available to families in the South Bay, the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. She recently served as the second vice president for the Palos Verdes Redondo Beach Intermediate School PTA and has a true “insider's perspective” on the area.

When not serving her clients, Yuki enjoys golf and is a member of both the Riviera and Palos Verdes Country Clubs.


Yuki is a member of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of REALTORS«, the California Association of REALTORS«, the National Association of REALTORS« and its International Section. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.

From 405 Freeway:
Exit Hawthorne Boulevard. Go South on Hawthorne Boulevard crossing Artesia Blvd., Torrance Blvd., Sepulveda Blvd., Pacific Coast Highway, Palos Verdes Drive North, and Silver Spur Road. Proceed to next traffic light at Indian Peak Road, turn left and drive about .5 miles to Crossfield Drive. Turn left onto Crossfield, then immediately into driveway to parking structure. Park as close to the point of entry as possible and use stairs or elevator to the extreme left corner of structure. Office is one level below at street level.

From 110 Freeway:
Exit on Anaheim St. exit, go west on Anaheim about 1.5 miles to Gaffey. Take left fork and proceed onto Palos Verdes Drive North. Continue to Palos Verdes Drive North, crossing Western Avenue, Palos Verdes Drive East, Rolling Hills Road until Crenshaw Boulevard. Turn left onto Crenshaw proceed past Silver Spur Road to Indian Peak Road. Turn right on Indian Peak Road, proceed to 2nd traffic light at Crossfield Drive. Turn right onto Crossfield and take first right into parking structure. Follow parking instructions above. 

From 91 Freeway: 
Go south onto 110 Freeway and follow 110 Freeway directions above.
