Welcome to our web site that focuses on the newer developments located on or within a block of Plaza del Amo, an east/west street in Central Torrance between Crenshaw Boulevard and Madrona Avenue. This master planned community was originally called Park Del Amo, but today, it is more commonly referred to as Plaza del Amo. There are approximately 2,100 homes in this community varying from condominium units found only in the Windemere complex, two to four bedroom townhouses, and detached three and four bedroom single family homes in several different developments.

Plaza del Amo is a popular choice among area residents since it boasts an unbeatable location.
