Park Plaza Estates consists of 84 attached townhomes built in a classic French architectural tradition. These units are a joint development of Gerald J. Marcil, Palos Verdes Developers Inc. and John A. Mavar, General Contractor. Built between 1992 and 1994, this luxury townhouse complex is located on the north side of Plaza del Amo between Crenshaw Boulevard and Maple Avenue. The perimeter of Park Plaza Estates is completely enclosed by attractive block walls and electronically controlled entry gates. All private front yards have a lockable wrought iron gate and each home is pre-wired for a security system on all first floor windows and exterior doors. Common area amenities include a large meeting room with a fireplace, a large pool, spa, two full restrooms, kitchen facilities, BBQ picnic area, sports court, children's playground, and a modern gym with sauna. Main levels incorporate the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and either a family room or optional den or 4th bedroom. Third levels include the master suite with vaulted ceilings, two additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Custom interiors include ceramic tile entries, tiled kitchen floors, designer faucets, wood-burning fireplaces, skylights, and bull-nosed drywalls. Kitchens feature oak cabinetry, ceramic tile counters and splashes, self-cleaning gas ovens, built-in microwave ovens, greenhouse windows, and more.
